• Members: FREE, Non-Members $25.*
• Attendance is by evite only, sent to members.**
• RSVP by January 15, 2024, to get the correct headcount for dinner arrangements.
• Feel free to forward evite to non-members.
• Free Parking (limited parking space at church… please park on the opposite side of the school and walk across).
• Looking for volunteers to help setup and cleanup (Click signupgenius), or contact Suvarna (Suvarna.Bhade@gmail.com).
• Feel free to get kites (also provided), cricket gadgets, soccer ball, board games to play:  cards, carrom, chess, ludo for kids  —  there are 2 playrooms!

• Dress theme: India flag colors orange, white, and green are encouraged.

PROGRAM

• Kite flying, cricket, soccer at ROLAND-GRISE middle school field (2.00 pm onwards)
• National Anthem Break (3.15 pm – 3.30 pm)

• Hot sweet and unsweet tea (4.00pm onwards)
• Bring your own games and play e.g. cricket, carrom, chess, ludo (throughout)
• Dinner: (4.45pm onwards, serving closes at 7.30pm for volunteer cleanup)
  • Because of limited seating capacity, there will be three rounds of dinner
  • 5.00pm (red tickets), 5.45pm (yellow), and 6.30pm (green).
  • You are encouraged to attend at your ticketed time for dinner
  • Seating cannot be guaranteed if you are not in your allocated time
